FIRST DATE BLUES 😳💙 A NEW ONE-ACT COMEDY

Just ask Sabina and JJ. They're both single in their early 30s. Sabina is trying to get over a scarring situationship, and JJ is a nice Jersey boy who is tired of going to weddings alone.

Thanks to Bumble, they go on a first date. 

When the bill comes, there is awkwardness in the air. Sabina offers to split it, and JJ accepts, unsure if that's the right answer or not. When they get home, they rehash the date with their respective roommates. What follows is a fast-paced conversation on dating, with both genders offering their insights and philosophy. The question of, "who should pay on a first date?" is unanimously answered. But the question of, "will JJ and Sabina go out again?" remains to be seen.
