Host Your Holiday Party at The RAT NYC in DUMBO!

Holiday party season is officially on its way!

Do you know where you're hosting your festive soirée? The RAT NYC is here to bring your event to life.

Whether you're planning a birthday bash, an elegant corporate gathering, or a jolly holiday celebration, our space has everything you need to create a memorable experience.

The RAT NYC is a black box theatre and event space in DUMBO, Brooklyn that can be transformed to fit your needs. We offer a state-of-the-art LED lighting system, an excellent sound system, projection and video capabilities, and more. We love designing our space to match each client’s vision.

To book your event, you can choose between two options: a flat fee rental or a bar minimum.

• Flat Fee Rental: $125/hr (4-hour minimum)

• Bar Minimum: $175/hr

Additionally, you may customize bar options, choosing between a cash bar or an open bar.

• Cash Bar: 4-hour minimum, pay upon consumption

• Open Bar: $28 per person/hr + tax and 20% gratuity

A house manager and bartender are included with each booking. Linens and glassware can be rented for an additional fee. Catering is welcome, and snacks will be available for purchase at the bar.
